1. The Services

BeCharts provides an online chart editor, templates, documentation, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or other users' use.
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms the Services.

3. Your content

You retain rights to data and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to use your content with the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeCharts and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars or the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify BeCharts against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.

10. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and BeCharts regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
